Mystic Saddle Ranch menus offer a wide range of meals and is divided into the categories of breakfast, lunch, dinner, appetizers, and desserts. As most trips are seven days or less, fresh food can be carried for the whole trip.
In your menu planning, you should begin with lunch on the date of your put-in and finish with lunch on your take-out day. A meal may be used as many times as you wish. Make your selections by marking the number of times you want that meal next to its code on the meal selection sheet. Please let us know how many people are coming on the trip as soon as possible. Our minimum number of people is 10. If your group is less than 10, do not be discouraged, just give us a call to discuss your specific needs.
The enclosed menu selection sheet includes the basics for each meal. Menu Selections, as well as additional Dry Goods are on the following pages.
The quantities we pack will fulfill the heartiest of appetites, however if you have extremely big eaters or kayakers along, let us know, so we can adjust quantities accordingly.
You have the choice of either bringing your own coolers or renting them from us. We have 120 quart Gott coolers and suggest that you have 1 cooler for every 3-4 people to handle your perishables. The cost to rent our coolers is $25.00 each per trip. River Rat Express is available to shuttle your coolers or rental equipment from the river take-out back to Stanley for you, if needed. You will need to contact them directly for this service, as this is not included as part of our cost. Their telephone number is (208) 774-2265.
Recipes and cooking instructions are provided for all meals.
Please let us know of any allergies or diet restrictions.
Soda requirements are itemized separately. Please plan to provide your own beer, wine, and alcoholic beverages.
The Pack Fee is based on the number of people in your group with a minimum of 10. 10-14 is $38.00 per person, 15-19 is $35.00 per person, 20 or more is $30.00 per person. Shuttle fees if necessary and other rental equipment are charged additionally.
A non-refundable deposit of $150.00 is required to reserve our services. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your put-in date.
The proposed menu is due 30 days prior to put-in date. At this time, an estimated bill will be sent to the party leader. The final count on group size and menu changes are due 20 days prior to put-in. After this date, any menu changes, additions or deletions that require repacking or reprinting of menus and recipes, may result in additional charges.
